I have a chevrolet lacetti and getting water in the back foot well do u know how to stop it

does it have a sunroof. if so the drain may be clogged and water runs down and settles in the floor. had it happen to me.

There are no rear fog lights, they only put them in the front.

I have no idea what a Lacetti is, but if you suspect a fuse problem, why not just check them all?

check with GM spares as the sensor is probably the same used in a wide variety of Chevs of the same engine family.

do the turn signals use the same bulb as the break lights ???

so the shifter linkage would have to be way off , it REV fails.
it either the shifter or a bad tranny.
we check the cable first. easy, and is 100x cheaper, if bad.

the FSM covers this,
on most cars,
remove screws holding it down
remove old gasket, clean surfaces, with plastic scraper
put on new gasket, with sealant if , stated in FSM.
set the screws to proper torque, most have 6mm screws.
are most not be set more than 89 INCH /POUNDS> thats INCH not FOOT.
but the correct torque is only found in the FSM.

Apply a small amount of gasket sealant to the corners of the front camshaft caps and the top of the rear valve cover to cylinder head seal.
and my guess for screws torque was spot on for the 1.6.
