What size engine and which serpentine belt do I need for my 1994 Plymouth Voyager 10th Year Special Edition SE? How do I locate the belt? The van makes such a racket that I can't take it in traffic without getting people rolling down windows to yell at my vehicle. When I go online to order, I see three sizes of engine. There seems to be as many as six choices of the serpentine belt. Can I locate the information somewhere on my van's engine? Is there a service manual, with graphics, available for the 1994 Voyager SE and if so, how do I get one?

You forgot to list the size of the engine in this 1999 Plymouth voyager.
This van came with a few types of engines. for example this van may have a 2.4, 3.0, 3.3 or a 3.8 engine.

I will try to enclose all these engines with the belt route diagrams. hope this is helpful. i will label the engine size for each diagram to help you locate your engine. the diagram for the 3.3 and 3.8 are the same diagram. GOOD DAY.

Where can I get a 1994 Plymouth voyager serpentine belt diagram?

Quickest way it to do a google image search for your engine size and include serpentine belt in your search terms. Should be loads of them there. And there 'should' be a diagram attached somewhere under the hood, possibly on or near the upper radiator support, or on the underside of the hood.

Has there been a new recall on the serpentine belts for a 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager? I've had to replace 4 this year and I haven't had the vehicle for more than a year yet?

No it hasn't been recalled. What happens to the belts. What size engine? Usually a bad tensioner is what causes the belts to come off and get torn up.

you need a serpentine belt removal tool attech to belt tensioner or a the right size socket for the no and pull up or down to realease belt then slide belt off

Year make model and production date. Go auto zone ore one those kinds places they should be able to get the correct one Look the belt see if there number on the inside.
Here Best thing buy all 3 belts at auto zone take back the ones that arent the correct size.
In the mean time buy some belt spray to qwiet the thing down so your not embarrsed.
Buy Hanes book on the van also.
