Try going to www.car-part.com it is a national salvage locator and has a built in Hollander interchange. Just input what you are needing and it will tell you what will interchange and you can search by distance from you. It will tell you what will work and what is closest to you.

The 2.5 and the 3.5 transmissions are the same except for the side cover where the output gears are. The 3.5 uses thicker gears. They were made in Decherd Tn. Also the bell housing is different. The starter for the 3.5 is mounted in the bell housing and the starter for the 2.5 is mounted to the block.

The CPS is located near the back of the head. It is held by a single 10mm bolt and has a connector with a wiring attached . Below a diagram.Click on the picture to enlarge:
