Something wrong with your ignition switch if no warning lights or gauges turn on with key in the ON position. But if you hear the fuel pump turn on with key on, that portion is correct. Are you sure you have full power going to the switch? Often there are two power sources for the ignition. By that, I mean 2 hot wires going to the switch.

Check the timing belt. Sometimes the timing tentioner goes bad in them.

Troubleshoot the starter. If your battery is good, then you WILL have power...the lights will work, horn, etc, but....if the starter is toast...you need a starter.

If you are asking about the battery light, there is a battery temperature sensor at the front of the battery tray to the right of the battery holddown hardware. If the snow loosened the wires or blocked the airflow to the sensor, the battery light will come on. The battery and alternator voltage can be correct, and the sensor will make the light come on.

have checked the starter, if it clicks, but no crank, that is a starter, if cranks, but does not turn on, that could be a bad battery. ( assuming you have gas )
