You can get a wiring diagram by checking on a chevy blog . There are many harness diagrams that you can blow up and print

I assume you are looking for the wiring for the IAT because MAT sensors are no longer used..
here you go
black / white - PCM ground
pink - fused 12-volts
yellow - MAF signal
tan - IAT sensor signal
black - IAT sensor ground
manifold temp. sensors are no loner used.
I believe you are looking for the IAT "intake air temp sensor" which is part of the mass air flow sensor.
