Car won't crank with key but I can turn key on pop the hood and pull #52 fuse the starter relay and jump it over car starts and runs and drives put a snap on scan tool on it and the code pulls up as b2a20 ignition stuck in start how do I fix this problem
You may be setting the code when you bypass the relay. If it sees voltage on that circuit when the ignition switch IS NOT in crank position, it will assume the circuit to be stuck high and can set that code.
In your enhanced datastream menu for either engine or PATS, does it show starter command engaged when you turn the key? There is a dataline for it in both sections. If it changes to YES but the car still wont crank unless you jump the relay, then the relay has failed or the wire(s) from the fusebox /PCM/FEM/park neutral switch may have a break in it. If the data pid DOES NOT change to START/ACTIVE, then the start signal is not being commanded, likely because the key turned to crank input is not reaching the BCM or ECM. You have a decent tool for the job, now start reviewing your datalines for key position, immobilizer/pats status, trans gear position, etc etc.

This is a bad PCM. Try to disconnect the security system first and if it still does not start then it is the PCM.
SOURCE: i have no ignition and it's stuck on start mode. can i just connect battery and pull starter fuse?
if the key is stuck in the ignition hold your foot on the brake with the car off put it in drive then back in park and the key should come out

make sure you have spark, sometimes if you start bypassing stuff the ignition works only on a resistor to much electricity and it won't work, not enough and it won't work.

if you have power to the fuse and beyond, follow that circuit through the ignition ,, I'd bet thats where your problem is, its going to be the circuit that goes to the relay itself,, since thats where you seem to be having the problem,
SOURCE: wont start
the clicking noise is usually 2 things, step on try jump starting car and if starts have battery tested as it is probably bad (free testing at most chain auto stores), the other usual problem is that the starter has gone bad, when whoever tried turning off car while driving might have put into start mode and burnt out the starter when it engaged at high speed.
