Replaced radiator, replace both thermostat, flushed out radiator
There could be a whole lot of reasons.
Here are some, not in order of "what is most likely".
1) Your electrical "cooling-fan" circuit could be at fault.
This is the circuit that includes the radiator cooling fan, the engine block sensor, the electrical relay, and the wiring.
Any fault here will cause overheating.
2) Your water pump or drive belt could be at fault.
3) Your engine could have an air bubble that need to be cleared.
4) Although quite rare, check to be sure the lower radiator hose in not collapsing when the engine is revved ( such as when going down the road at 40-70 MPH)
Test bt feeling of it to be sure it is not "soft".

you have to remove the bulbs from inside of the hood in the engine compartment. in some cars you have to remove some "pins' and remove the entire headlight assembly.. You then remove the holder where the lightbulb is located and replace the bulb.

When the car is completely cool,check the electric fan(s) for smooth rotation.
Clean/check/change the thermo sensor,contact and wire.

Excavate air pocket in coolant system / check for head gasket leak
This test will kill two birds with one stone.

MAKE SURE THE COOLANT SYSTEM and ENGINE IS COLD!
RAN THIS TEST IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA ONLY!
You will spill some coolant during this air pocket purge test.......BE
KIND TO THE ENVIRONMENT and ANIMAL please clean up after the test!

Put the front end on a pair of ramp or park your car on a VERY STEEP HILL (radiator facing top of the hill) .
Top of the coolant reserve tank
Let it ran for 10-15 minutes.
Monitor for air pockets escaping from coolant reserve tank.
Small amount of bubbles is OK at 1-5 minute mark
After the thermostat open up (after 195 F warm up) at
5-12 minute mark or after high idle you should see less bubbles.
If you do not see any in rush of bubbles then your thermostat may be
partially stuck or rusted badly inside the thermostat hosing.
Give the thermostat host few gentle taps.
If you see larger bubbles surfacing after 15 minutes then should do a
hydrocarbon (HC) dye test to test for potential head gasket leak.
Let engine cold down and top off coolant reserve tank.
Start monitor for coolant lost

A coolant flush is require every 2 years or 24,000 miles.
I recommend the thermostat that has a relief pop-let to reduce the change of burst radiator and coolant hoses.
Make sure you get a new thermostat gasket,black RTV and fresh coolant for the job.

The first objective is to figure out which bulb you need. I had to replace the bulb for the largest light which was a Sylvania 3157. The next objective is to remove the dang plastic carpet holder/net clip. Recognize that it is a two part piece. Use a flathead screwdriver for leverage. Pry the cap off by levering the screwdriver in the slot on the holder. Then go behind the carpet and pinch the plastic pin still holding the holder in place. Next,pry off the while plastic pieces from the two bolt/nuts you'll need to remove (see manual). Remove the nuts and give the two screws a push from the inside so you can see how the whole light casing comes off. Pry it off from the outside. On the backside of the bulb holder, turn bulb base counterclockwise and gently remove. Pull bulb upward and replace. Do not touch glass on new bulb with your fingers (wear non-powdered rubber gloves). Make sure the bulb snaps in place. Follow these instructions in reverse. Smile, you just learned something new and saved yourself some easy money.
