Have a fuel pressure test done to determine if proper pressure is there. At very least change fuel filter.
SOURCE: rear wiper wipes once and quits on a 1995
would it wipe more than one if you click the switch on and off repeatedly? If it does wipe more than once when you play with the switch turning it on and off mean the motor to the wiper is still good and working. Check your wiper relay and the wiper switch may be faulty.

Please have a dealership that handles GM vehicles check to see if your vehicle was involved in what the trade considers a run away transmission condition involving the automatic transmissions parking pall linkage defecting thus allowing the transmission to go into drive while the vehicle is idling in park.

You wil have to do it from the inside, with your screw drivers and a little force though. You have to take out the door panels and reach for the jammed lock, undo it and the door will open, u can do it. Good luck.

The two screws and the electrical connector are all that need to come off the TPS to remove it. I dont know of any other componants that you need to remove to get to it. The screws are either a 7mm socket or a T15 or T-20 Torx bit. It is normally on the backside of the throttle body, so on the van you'll have to "crawl-in" to reach it.
The TPS only goes on one way, just line up the "D" shaped slot on the sensor with the throttle shaft. Don't over tighten the screws, snug is good. You don't want to break them.
