It seemed to work more in warmer months but since the struggling was new this year, I think it's completely dead now. Sometimes slamming my glove box or hitting a bump could cause it to start blowing when it was dead at times. Sometimes that wouldn't work though. And sometimes getting on the highway would make it start blowing again too. But not in the winter. Nothing would get it to work. Thanks!
My line here is ..." If a man put it together man can fix it" this is one of those you can do it really. OK, The blower motor moves a lot of air... they go bad (sometimes just dirty). you're correct by the glove box area slam... it's located right behind it. You need to remove glove box cover, then that opens you to a Plastic Cover on the bottom of the blower, remove 3 screws and the motor will drop down. There will be the wire connectors release the clip and the motor is out. Now a new motor less then $40 online but if you're tight on money. Spay WD 40 remove the squirrel cage and spray the shaft upper and lower "Liberally so do it over an old towel or shop rag clean it out good, add some "LIGHT 3 IN ONE OIL to both ends of the shaft where the bearing "Live".. Plug back in and try " before you reassemble" you might be able to get a few more years of life out of it. This is not that hard to do it will take you an hour to 2 hours for the whole project depending on your abilities. I Hope this helps
SOURCE: A/C and Heat Driver Side Intermittent Problem
You will need to replace your driver side temp actuator. It is most likely sticking or over travelling. It is located under the dash directly below the a/c control head. It is bolted to the a/c box upside down with two small bolts. Let me know if i can help more.
SOURCE: Intermittent AC and Heat w/ long gaps of hot(for AC) or cold(for heat) air
I had similar problem on my 2001 Insight. Had to replace some cooling system hoses eaten by rodents... Works like a champ again.

Is the blower motor working? I suspect not, test the blower motor connector and see if it has 12 volts to the connector on the switches high speed setting, if it does then replace the blower motor and the blower speed control, if it does have 12 volts at the blower motor then replace/test the blower motor switch in the heater AC control in the dash.

If the blower motor doesn't not turn on than its very likley that the blower resistor or the blower itself is bad. This will help figure out which one of the two it is.
