The evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve is a duty control type, which controls the flow of purge air from the evaporative emission canister.
Inspection
1.
Look for loose connections, sharp bends or damage to the fuel vapor lines.
2.
Look for distortion, cracks or fuel leakage.
3.
After removing the EVAP canister, inspect for cracks or damage.

You will need to remove the right front wheel & wheel well liner. The canister purge valve is behind the cover. It should have two tube going into the bottom and one on the side near the top.
You can fix it!

Have the evaporative system checked, the cannister should be okay for the life of the vehicle, in absence of trama. There are rubber diaphrams that can fail, but this is not very common. Much more common is a loose, incorrect, or damaged fuel cap. Any air leak can precipitate this error message.
