Try another key. the vehicle is equipped with a "smart key", the one you are using may be bad and not signaling the security system to allow start-up. The solid red means the vehicle is not reading the security chip in your key.
If you have another key try it.
Is the battery and connectors good? Low cranking amps will not signal the security system to shut of.

SOURCE: security light just came on and stays on

i see you have multiple problems most of them are caused by your body communication module (BCM). It is more than likely shorted internally. Needs to be reprogrammed after it is replaced

SOURCE: Chrysler 200 2013 no heat on the passenger side but heat on the drivers side

Suspect inoperative blend door actuator/motor not working properly. There are several actuators attached to the heater box assembly that control air flow direction and heat/cold operation. Some are easily accessable while others are labor intensive to access.

SOURCE: 2013 Chrysler 200 touring. My brake, abs and traction control lights flash. I had it at the dealer yesterday. was told I had a bad battery and brake light switch. both replaced, problem still exists

Helaina, Return to the dealer ,since the repair has been paid for already and demand they repair problem. They should consider their wrong diagnosis the first time and treat you more then fairly.

Our headrest on our 2013 Chrysler T&C popped open and won't go back together.

The Chrysler Group LLC issued a safety recall back in 2013 for AHR-equipped vehicles. About 500,000 vehicles were recalled. The problem was thought to be with a microcontroller, but this did not fix the issue. AHR continued to be installed and headrests continued to burst haphazardly.
Yours is in recall list.

There is no interior fuse panel, all fuses are under the hood in the integrated power fuse and relay panel. The information on this panel starts on Page 461 of the owners manual.
