SOURCE: 2001 madza tribute fuel filter

The fuel filer is located beneath the fuel pump mounting close to the left side rear wheel. However, this position subjects the filter to localized pit corrosion problem. But faily easy to change if you can order/purcahse the correct filter.

Unsrew the two clamp support screws to open up space to remove the filter in place, then retrieved plastic clip pins on either side of the filter and pull the tubes out. Install the replacement filter and assemble clamps.

SOURCE: 2005 honda odyssey radio controls on the steering

there is a service bulletin about this. the steering wheel has to be removed along with the switch gear. then the steering shaft ring that makes contact for these controls while the wheel is being turned need to be gently dimpled to make better contact. if the dimples are too extremem the whole steering column will need replaced.

SOURCE: 2008 Nissan Altima radio (AM/FM/CD) does not

2008 Altima radio-the sound just quit working. Everything else seems to be OK. I can change the radio stations, but no sound. Is there a fuse that could be bad?

2008 mazda tribute dash display with clock, radio station and temp does not work. Radio and cd player works fine Buttons are lit up on radio buttons

The small display screen is renowned for this fault. Press on the plastic surround/bezel and see if the display shows any sign of life. It appears to be either a soldered joint or circuit board problem. I would doubt that replacing the radio will fix the fault, and at a bet, buying a replacement unit will be expensive and probably only result in the fault returning. Never know - there may be someone who has managed to work out a permanent fix for it...

Pretty common problem for this era Ford radio. Easiest way to solve this problem is to install an aftermarket radio.

2008 Mazda Tribute - Radio or clock not working, radio display only reads Mazda Tribute. Won't even eject a cd, as if no power is going to radio. Radio fuse is not blown.

I had the same problem with my 08 tribute. Decided to disassemble the display. Kind of a pain, but only took 10 minutes. The issue was in the bottom board of the display. One end of a resistor had a bad solder joint and was just sticking up in the air like a dogs leg when peeing on a tree.. lol. Hope this helps

I GOT A 2002 MADZA TRIBUTE THERE A A LIGHT ON THE DASH BOARD THE SHAPE OF A HOUSE i DON'T KNOW WHAT ITS MEAN

I think the warning light is meant to be in the shape of a radiator - check your coolant level - it generally means your coolant is low. The coolant level sensor often fails on Mazda's however, so your 'problem' might actually be a dodgy sensor not a lack of coolant at all.
Hope this helps, Sherwin
