No fuses are blown Changed out the ignition lock cylinder
As far as power windows, pull the circuit breaker, key on check for voltage at the circuit breaker, use a test light. I was thinking ignition switch, usually the ignition switch and lock cylinder are two different components. I'd have to check voltage to and from ignition switch, before deciding if the problem is ignition switch. RAP is retained accessory power, shouldn't come into play until you turn off the key. The windows may operate for about 10 minutes or you open the door. Just my opinion.
Testimonial: "Thank you for answering. When I start the van... power to the windows, locks, and courtesy lights become disabled. Sometimes they stay on for a little while, but when they go out I can not roll down the windows, the courtesy lights can not be opened via dimmer switch and on the light itself and power door locks can not be operated. When you say ignition switch do you mean where you put the key to start the car? If so which wire should I check?"
This is the ignition switch. Is this what you replaced?
In the diagram, the top wires are voltage to ignition switch. The bottom wires are voltage from ignition switch with key in various positions. Use a test lite for testing.
no that is not what I replaced. I replaced the key cylinder or the barrel lock cylinder. Where you put the key in to start the van. Do you think this ignition switch is the cause
Possibly? I'd still check voltage to and from ignition switch. Did you check voltage on that circuit breaker, I was talking about?

This seems to be the affects of a bad dinamo charging your battery . If you take a appart the dinamo you should fine a part called in mechanic terms "the bones" they look like 2 black magnets with a wire coming out of them . They are not expencive and you should not change your dinamo untill you try this first a car dinamo is very expencive .

Most likely is a fuse. There is a fuse box at the end of the right side of the dash. Open front passenger door and there is a cover that says fuses on the end of dash. There is also a fuse box located under the hood at the right front of engine compartment. It should have a cover with a round knob in the middle of it .Unscrew the knob to remove cover.

It sounds as though one of the proximity sensors is faulty. Also try giving the tracks for the door a good shot of white spray lithium grease. The door may be binding enough so that the emergency reverse is kicking in.

try disconnecting the battery for few minutes, then reconnect and try.ps: make sure you know your radios security code before disconnecting the battery.good luck
