Where is the knock sensor in a 2004 3.3 dodge grand caravan

Had the same problem before on my 04 Neon SXT...camshaft sensor is on left side of engine block, take out the battery and to the left of it (face car) is the camshaft position sensor. To change it you'll have to move a few hoses but its plan to see there on the left side of the engine...pretty easy remove and replace. Fixed my problem of car not going above 2k RPM when i replaced the sensor.

in the library there are mitchell books in the reference section. you cannot check them out but they come apart down to a single sheet for copying. they are excellent diagrams and im sure they will have your vehicle. they also contain some emissions related vacuum diagrams.

No just make sure your emergency cable is off and take a large hammer an hit it around the edge or corner lightly and spin at the same time also try pulling with your other hand as you spin this is a technique all mechanics use its very unlikely that you will have to loosen up the shoes with a brake spoon.REMEMBER THE OUTER ROUNDED EDGE ONLY WHERE ITS THE THICKIST.

3.3 engines has the egr valve with transducer.you have to replace the whole unit. code p0406 what its trying to tell you your egr valve circuit is short to ground.it has failed .
