Thee is no glove box in a 2006 chevy express 2500. There is also no in cabin air filter.

4L60-E transmission Service change only - 5 quarts. Total refill - 11.2 quarts.

Total refill would include a tear-down of the transmission and empty the torque converter. If you are just dropping the pan and changing the filter, 5 quarts should do it.
