You will need to remove the dash board of your car.

the word HOLD is up near the clock on a 2004 Chevy Aveo. "HOLD" lights up. I'm not sure about the 2005 Aveo.

I had to bring my 2004 Aveo to my dealer to have the clock replaced, TWICE!!! Apparently it was a fault with the clock not the fuses. I hope this helps.
