Under the bottom of the radiator on the there is a drain ****, you will have to raise the car and crawl under it to see it, be careful to not break it, the screw in plug is fragile, it will be hard to unscrew.

Check all battery connections make sure they are tightly secured. Check for broken battery cables, if all are intact. Check battery/Main Fuse. contact if you need more help. Good Luck

im pretty sure that there is a diagram on the passenger side fender, right under the strut mount, it might be under some dirt, but its there.
