on the intake manifold near the throttle body there is a round in shape black in colour idle control valve held in place with 2 tiny black screws remove that valve and confirm the piston on it is in good condition its length must be adjusted to seal when fitted also the rubber seal must be on the valve when mounted to make sure it seals
