its best to call the dealer giving them either the last 8 digits of the VIN number or just providing them the model of the car. Use google maps to locate a Toyota dealer then dial their number and ask for the "parts department"

it depends on if you drained the torque converter or not. i would check your manual in the glove box or call a local tranny shop. the other way is to carefully watch the dip stick as you fill it back up but remember to run it up to operating temp when you get close to full as it will likely drop back down a quart or two. never overfill and this can cause frothing of the oil and damage to the tranny.
you must have just drained the pan? There is much more held in the converter. The one I am rebuilding this week is an 05 and doesn't have a drain plug on it (not many do anymore). A flush is the only way to change it all out. 13.9qts sounds like the total amount if the trans was completely empty, converter and all
