Step 1 - 10-12 ft.lbs
Step 2 - 60-65 Degrees more
Main bearing caps torque
66-74 ft. lbs

connecting rod caps cracked type rod-rod and caps must be kept in matched sets, recommend new bolts/nuts, spec is 32 ft lb. plus 105 degrees - torque each item to the correct torque then go back and do the degrees. these are torque to yield bolts and the procedure is very important.
