Freon pressure 90psi,clutch contact pressure drop to 65psi,then clutch open, does the freon not enough ? or the low pressure switch malfunction?
There is no low pressure switch, but if you mean the refrigerant pressure sensor, you can find it attached to the condenser or at the liquid tank on the condenser. If the pressure drops to 65 psi only and then the clutch automatically opens, there could be several reasons. Insufficient refrigerant, faulty pressure sensor, weak ac compressor, among other things. A reading of both the low and high side pressures will be helpful in eliminating possible causes.

Before you add Freon, you should check the leaking first, if the Freon is too low, sometimes cause this kind problems. use color Freon test it and tight the leaking area and then add Freon, you can not do it yourself because the law say.
SOURCE: Location of low pressure air conditioning port?
Follow the biggest a/c line from start to finish.Usually the a/c port is located near the firewall.I have seen the port located under the passenger wheel well. There should be a decal that states the type freon on or near the fan shroud, core support or on the under side of the hood.It is most likely to be type r-12.You can purchase an r-134a conversion kit. If you are not a/c certified to use r-12,you do not need certification for r-134a.

replace the black relay between the 2 blue relays in the fuse box. cost about 5 bucks.
You will need R134a, and a filler hose. Charge the system on the low pressure side, it should have a blue cap on the charge point.
Your filler hose will only fit the low pressure side, just in case the cap has been removed.
