Join up the wires in the tailgate catch and the drivers door for the anti theft circuit the nthe unit thinks its allways unlocked so wont sound off .

take it to a shop were they can hook up ur car to a computer and delete the problems and turn off ur alarm

This has to do with the Auto's Computer system and should ONLY be done by a Factory Rep who knows what he/she are doing. not a home mechanic chore!!

Double check ground cable. Do a voltage drop test. Weak grounds or positive cables will not allow adequate electrical flow to start the vehicle. Make sure your battery good. Bad cables kill batteries.

You cannot disarm or bypass it it which is why it is there.
If you mess with it then you will make your problems worse.
If you are having an issue with the AS system then take it to a Ford dealer and they will rectify the issue for you - whatever it is.
