I had something similar on a Corolla I had. It ended up being the switch on the steering column that you move up or down to turn your turn signal on. My flashers worked fine because the flashers were on a different switch.

SOURCE: My blinkers and flashers all quit working at the

The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system.
Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.

SOURCE: the blinkers on my 97 honda accord wont work but

The turn signal flasher is separate from the hazard flasher and that is the problem that you need to look at.I can''t tell you where the flasher is but i am 95% sure that a new flasher will fix your problem, otherwise that hazards would not work either. It still could be the turn signal switch but that is a rarity.

Honda accord fuses are good, bulbs are good. Flashers working but turn signals are not. Sounds like a fast blinker but not flashing

Check the earth to the offending light unit. Clean all the relevant connections. You could also try fitting a temporary earth cable and watch for any improvement. If you find that there is improvement in the operation of the indicator/flasher make the temporary earth cable permanent.

Your blinker fluid is low... NO No just kidding :) but actually your blinker solenoid is bad. Your local autozone or parts store will have one and will show you how to install it. Good luck

actually, I think the flasher unit is bust. Call you local auto part store and order one. They should have them in stock as it's a common item of failure in all types of cars.
