If equipped with a tachometer does it register while cranking it over ?
Is the fuel only the initial prime? If so, that isn't good enough. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, engine cranking. You said no spark. Engine cranking do you have fuel injector pulse?
If your missing all three, have to check cam and crank sensor signals.
I don't know what testing you have done? Any applicable trouble codes? As far as parts you replaced, if electrical, have to check wiring circuits and wire connector.
Check primary voltage at ignition coil, engine cranking, use a test lite to check for voltage, should be hot.

Have you checked the codes?
Mine was a faulty coil.... Twice. I made a heat shield for the second one.

Follow your exhaust manifold down from engine to exhaust pipes etc, you should see them sticking out, 3"-4" approx.length, with wires coming from them. Some are right on manifold, some further down on exhaust pipes.
