You must remove the engine "plenum cover", the "air vacumn chamber" (mounted on top of firewall--2 screws), the "coil packs" with the mounting bracket (just under the air chamber), and then you can access the rear plugs. Caution---you need to make up a long extension to use with your "plug socket". Make sure you fasten the socket to the extension by using "duck tape". If you separate the two pieces, with the socket down in the plug chamber---you will have a difficult time retrieving it. I have tuned my 1995 three times using the above method.
