Fuel Filter
The fuel filter is part of the fuel tank module. (in the fuel tank)
It's kind of difficult to drop a fuel tank and replace the fuel tank module due to the weight and danger of gasoline catching fire or exploding.

Fuse is #23 in the engine compartment fuse box. Same fuse is for both front and rear outlets. My problem was a bad outlet, not the fuse.

Maybe bad battery or corroded battery terminals. I'd look at the terminals first and clean them with sandpaper, knife, wire brush,etc. still won't start get a jump and see if it will start and go to Advance Auto or a auto parts store like it and get a Charging system check..they'll do it for free and you'll know for sure what it is. And if you end up needing a battery they'll install it for free. Next in line is the Alternator and that may be something you'll want to get a mechanic for.
