I had the same problem and was able to recover by doing the following in sequence.
Turn the ignition off
Remove the positive battery cable
Turn the ignition to ACC
Reconnect the battery cable
The screen should come back on and everything should work.
This worked for me.
Do you have any warning or error lights on the dash? I would check with a mechanic or parts store with a code reader to see if the computer has detected a fault.

Fuses are Under the Hood In Marked Box Driver side, There is a Circuit Breaker Box Suposidly Under Driver seat Also according to Dealer

ck under dash. no. then look behind kick panels LH side. if no, look at left side of dash that butts up against the door. if still no call your local dealership, service dept.
