COULD BE ENGINE FLOODING DUE TO BAD SPARK PLUGS.DIRTY LEAKING FUEL INJECTORS.CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS.A FAULTY COOLANT SENSOR OUT OF CALIBRATION WILL CAUSE RICH FUEL MIXTURE FLOODING ENGINE.
you need to bleed the system, turn key to run postion then wait two seconds and turn off again do this a dozen times then hold foot pedal to floor and crank engine, this will clear fault codes and prime system then it should start, if you need more help post here for more information.
you have to resynch your remote once it looses power. the procedure is in your owner's manual. It can also be done from a scan tool but you would have to take the car to a shop. I beleive you hold the lock button and press the unlock button 5 times within 10 seconds and then put the key in the ignition but I cannot remember year for year procedures
