SOURCE: How do you adjust the headlight of a 2005 Honda Odyssey?
I assume you are talking about a vertical adjustment.
If so Easy enough. Park the car about 25 feet from a wall or so. This is normal range for adjustment. Turn on your low beams.
Now Pop the hood and take a look at your headlight On You will see a black rubber bump stop. This is used to adjust your hood height.
Right behind that you will see a area where you can insert a screw driver into. Turn that with the screw driver and the headlight vertical angle will change

open the rear hatch. Between the tail light housing and the rear hatch opening there is a trim strip with two flush fitted flap doors. Insert a small straight blade screwdriver into the small slot on the tail light side of the flap. Pry gently inboard and the small flap will open (the hinge side of the flap is on the side of the rear hatch opening.) Now you can remove the screws that hold the tail lamp assembly in place. Finally, there is still a "spear point" clip that fits into a socket near the front outboard corner of the assembly. Gently pry with a tape wrapped screwdriver (avoids scratches) and force the assembly straight back. The clip should release and free the assembly so you can change the bulb(s).

Maybe the solution
There is a recall on the ignition switch,
My 99 Ody with 120K would suddenly switch off and come back while runing, Take it to dealer and report to Honda, Since out of warranty. The dealer would do the repairs estimated at $100 charge to you.

I have the same problem and I can offer a temporary solution until you can get the handle replaced.
Remove the plastic handle guard. (It's simple- just open the screw cover and remove the screw.)
Push in on the rear of the triangular lock with your thumb and the door SHOULD open. At least it works for me.
