SOURCE: air conditioning drainage tube blockage
drain tubes are generally on firewall level with bottom of heater box (but on engine side) usually in dumb places that are a pain to get to. They look like a small rubber hose elbow sticking out. Once found, usually you can clear them by just sticking your finger into the end (no screwdrivers or hard objects...you can damage stuff inside there)

use a wet vac and **** on the line at the firewall were the water normally drips out

Well, this issue is physics, look for a missing or dislodeged drain hose, anything else usually requires the heater/ac box to be opened up. This is a fragile surgery, and you have to love it or take to a shop, VERY easy to break something. These are not common replacement parts....
The next step would be to open the box and inspect for blockages or damage.
The clear water is a normal part of the ac process. The removal of moisture is actually what gives the most comfort.

Use bicycle spoke or anything similar, pour in some water and thn poke it slowly through the tube and you will feel the choked dust give away, you may need a longer rod kinda thing say a CCM gas weilding rod would work out best as its longer in lenght and about 3mm in diameter.
Hope this helps!

Should be in the rim of the roof. A shot from a air hose should do the trick.......
