Your owner manual will tell you. There is a fuse &relay box under the hood. Look there first. Inside of cover has fuse assignments.

Power Locks
The power lock/unlock feature requests all of the vehicle doors, including the liftgate, to lock or unlock upon a request from the door lock control switch, the RKE keypad or the RKE transmitter. Power locking and unlocking of the doors function independently of the key position, vehicle speed or transmission position. The vehicle security module activates internal relays to supply the correct voltage and grounds for the door lock actuators.

aviators and explorers are known for that. the is a tsb out on that prob.

First check your tranny fluid levels.
If it is too high or too low this could be your problem and easy to fix.
If the levels are fine it could mean that it's either engine mounts,CV joint,U-joint...in this case you would need to see a mechanic.
