What is the firing order on a 05 kia sorento

Which engine do you have fitted? Is it a Petrol or a Diesel? They did four different engine sizes which were either an inline 4 cylinder or a V6. The firing orders are different between V6 and inline 4 cylinder engines so please use the comment section below and I'll try to give you more help.

depends on the number of cylinders
for a 4 cylinder 1342 or 1243
for a 6 cylinder 153624
for v8 in depends if it is ford or chev as they differ
best that you go on line and google the make and model of the engine and look for firing order
It is very hard to give a better answer when you did not proving any information

no country stated, (you win the 1millionth post , no country)!
i bet not.! (its 1,3,4,2 on all non boxer engines, with 4 bangers)
the PCM controls that not you.
no engine stated.
open hood, look up, see that EPA tag, it tells you what engine is really there, without this fact, no man on earth can fix unknown engines.
(well i can but my eyes see truth, looking down, no photos posted btw.)

on dizzy cars, you DO need firing order (long gone in 2007 right)
on coil pack , you need pack order.
on Cops coils, you just plug them in.
so? what you got?

How did you make the determination that all the firing orders are wrong? No matter what the source was, the firing order should be the same no matter who you got the information from. Am I correct on this.....that everybody keeps giving you the same firing order??? As a point of emphasis I would like to know if you recieved conflicting specifications regarding the firing order. You may want verify the calibration of the distributor's position. At TDC the distributor rotor should be pointing to #1 cylinder terminal on the distributor cap, or 90 degrees across from it. Please verify.
