ok if you are runing on the fwy and let go the gas pedal the only air is coming in from the idle valve and on neutral the same ting what about wen you start the car first the rpm is high 1400 or 1500 then going down wen it get hot that car had two valves the cold idle valve and electric valve the electric valve control the regular idle wen the car is hot after the cold valve is closed

Looks like some engine oil goes into the cylinder and contaminate your spark plug, thus making your plugs miss.
Look where that oil damp spark plug located at cylinder number, in that cylinder the valve seal is to be replace immediately. Valve seal is located on top of the engine that seals the intake/exhaust valve and valve guide, from oil going in the cylinder.
You could ask your mechanic to do the job, it is a bit hard to replace it. the parts needed coat just under $5.

you never said if it was oil on plugs or just black soot two faults if its oil engine may need replaced if its black soot chances are your fuel mixture is to rich this would cause the car to have a heavy fuel consumption hope i have helped you
ok i can understand u... languaue shud nt be a barrier for solving the problem. before knowing something bout the sensors, you tel me wat exactly happens wen u turn on the ignition key... do u hear any sounds from the engine or does it go blank...please brief up wat happens wen u try to start ur car
