I bought a 2004 lincoln aviator this winter as a secondary vehicle that isn't used much. I just recently noticed the AC doesn't blow cold. I have checked the low side pressure and its sitting in the correct range of about 30. Any ideas where to start narrowing this down?
Hope you have fixed this by now. Look up internet articles about a diagnostic sequence for your climate control. On some of the units a sequence of button pressing will generate a exam. It could be a ductwork door is not working to allow chilled air into the cabin.
Remember several things. The pressure reading of 30 may not be Freon but contaminated air and Freon. 30 is a measure of pressure or volume but not purity. Then depending if the system is clogged, the high pressure cut off switch that is measured on the high pressure hose may be cutting out the freon flow.

Check and replace the right side temp-controller.

There is a well known problem that is a manufacturer's defect with the soldered connection on the circuit board behind the temperature knob. There is a fix to re-solder the connections but the dealer will gladly take $450 to replace it with the same bad board that will last you a while. Look for the link to show you how to fix it yourself.
