It is the top of the centre pad of the steering wheel. I've included a link to a owners manual as well.

My horn doesn't work on my 2005 Nissan murano

pushing on the horn pad and listening you should hear the relay click. if so then find the horn and hit it while someone is pushing the horn pad. if it starts to work the horn diaphragm has dried out and needs replacing. if not then use a test light and check the power to the horn. if you have power and ground then the horn is bad. if not check for which ever one is missing until you find the broken or shorted wire.

Horn does not work on my 2006 Nissan Murano what could be the causes ?

Check your fuse first. Then check the wires at the horn itself. If they look ok then remove the wires and the horn.Get two wires and check the horn from the pos and groung on the battery if that does not work then your horn is at fault.

My horn went out on my 06 Nissan Murano. I'm

The horn doesn't use a fuse, instead it used a relay which is the large square black box you see in your fuse box. There should be one for your horn, blower motor (the blower that pushes the heat out the vents in your car) and a few other things.

Easiest way to see if it has gone bad is to switch the horn and blower motor relay and then try and use the horn and blower motor. If the horn works and the blower motor doesn't then you have a bad relay. You can go to any auto parts store and they will have them in stock.
