If the vehicle is stock, then the answer is no.
But, you can purchase and have installed a remote start system that allows you to start the vehicle from a FOB remote key, like keyless entry. But you would still have to insert the key and turn the ignition on to drive the vehicle.

Dodge and Chrysler put the module somewhere in the passenger compartment I had a Dodge Stratus and it was between the bucket seats and a Dodge intrepid and the module was under the dash in the center. The best bet is center of dash underneath. Use caution this is were Dodge usually puts it's impact sensor. It uses a GeForce type

If you do not currently have a fob that works you will have to take it to the dealer and they will use a DRBIII scan tool to re-program it. Is the battery good in the transmitter?

Look in your manuel, there are steps to change the Key less remote setting to customize it the way you'ld like the car Key less system to work.
