You cannot tow a caravan that has a manual transmission unless you raise the drive wheels off the road.

first thing i'd check is the fuse box. there are 2, one is in the driver side footwell on the left, beside the brake, and under the hood to the top right when facing the truck. sorry i wasn't able to get pics. but its not hard to find. check the smaller fuses first either with a volt meter or looking at them, depending what type of fuse you have. find the one thats blown, go to autozone and youre good.

The answer is all down to three things.
-What the fully loaded weight of the caravan is.
-What the maximum towing capacity of the Suzuki is.
-What the maximum ball weight is.
Some websites quote the 2006-2008 Suzuki model as able to tow 2 metric tonnes, (4409lbs) with a maximum ball weight of 75kg.
There should be a compliance data plate on the caravan to give you the weight figures.

Towing capacity
Depends what you are towing.

If it is a rolling load a relatively small and low-powered vehicle can tow several tons with little difficulty on a level metaled surface.

For trailers and caravans the towing capability must be married with the noseweight capacity.

Then there is local legislation to consider. Here the towing capability of vehicles make little sense as there are age and fairly severe weight restrictions unless additional medical and licencing conditions are complied with.

It isn't a good idea to tow more than two-thirds of the weight of the towing vehicle...

Lost keys to my ford escape 2004 models what can I do please?
if you do not have any keys at all you can call a locksmith and he may be able to extract the key codes and make you a key or make new keys and erase old codes it depends on his equipment and you should ask first before he comes and charges you $$$$ for stuff he can't do the other option is tow it do a dealer and get it reprogrammed with new keys this is very $$$$$$$ about $400.00 + keys + towing the locksmith is much cheaper and you must be very calm & explain the situation to him & most likely you'll spend $300.00 or less good luck

When considering the maximum towing capacity, you also have to consider passenger weight, luggage, etc as all this will reduce the overall capacity... I.e. if you've got 1000lbs in the trunk and 3 passengers plus the driver, your capacity has already dropped to around 12,000
