Where is the IG2 fuse on a 2004 toyota RAV4 ?

check the fuel injector at the connector to see if you have both voltage and ground at the injector

It sounds like you blew fuses other than just the main fuse. Hooking the battery up wrong can destroy major components as well, like the starter, battery, Computer, moduals. You might need a good shop....

maybe in the under hood fuse box.also, there is a main fusible link block on firewall near battery. there should be a wire coming from the battery directly to it. (positive)

it sounds like maybe water got in2 your computer. water is bad. chek all your fuses and relays

IN ORDER:
Check the 120amp Alternator Fusible link#13 (for 2002 model) located in the fusible link block. (Note: a fusible link is a properly sized piece of wire that is designed to provide major protection when a short occurs) as regular fuses provide minor issue protection.

Check the 5amp ALT-S fuse as this directly affects charging.

Lastly check the 10amp IG2 fuse.

You may find that you have now have a spare alternator (your orginal that was ok) OR You can always sell it on ebay or craigslist.

check to make sure thee is not a pinched wire in the tail lights/ Please rate my response thank you very much
