AR82.60-P-7502-01A Coding Radio
(MODEL all with CODE (750) Radio Becker Europa 2000 with CODE (751) Radio Becker Grand Prix 2000 with RDS)

  1. If the radio is disconnected from the power supply, it is not operational when re-connected. After switching on the ignition and the radio, the readout CODE appears in the display.
  2. The code number for the radio is advised to you on the enclosed CODE CARD.
  3. To enter the first digit of the code number, you have to continue pressing station button 1 until the correct digit appears in the display. Adopt the same procedure for the second, third and fourth digits.
  4. Once you have entered the correct code number with the station buttons 1, 2, 3, 4 and confirmed the entry with the SEEK button (press down), the readout CODE disappears. The radio can now be operated.
  5. If you enter a wrong code three times, you must wait 15 minutes before making a new entry. In addition, if 9 incorrect entries are made, the radio will then not operate for 24 hours. During this time the radio and the ignition (terminal 15) must remain switched on.
AR82.60-P-7502-01B Coding Radio
(MODEL all with CODE (353) Audio 30 APS with CODE (510a) Radio MB Exquisit with traffic news decoder, with RDS (Becker) with CODE (512a) Radio MB Special with traffic news decoder, with RDS.)

  1. If the radio is disconnected from the power supply, it cannot be operated by simply reconnecting. After switching on the ignition and the radio the word "CODE" appears in the display on the radio.
  2. The code number for the radio is given on the enclosed CODE CARD.
  3. Enter the code number with the station button, e.g. number 1, station button 1. After entering the first number the word "CODE" disappears and the number entered appears followed by 4 dashes. The next character to be entered flashes. After entering all five numbers, the first character starts flashing again. In this state the code number can be written over as frequently as desired. A correction can be made only by entering the complete code number again.
  4. Confirm code number: Press TUNE, AUTO/SEEK or SC button. The radio automatically switches on and indicates the radio station or frequency stored with station button 1.
  5. If an incorrect code number is entered and confirmed, the word "CODE" appears again on the display. If an incorrect code is entered three times the word "WAIT" appears on the display and the radio locks up for approx. 10 min. If the code is entered incorrectly three times again the radio locks up again for 10 min. Three more incorrect entries (a total of 9 incorrect attempts) increase the lock-up time to 60 min. Another three incorrect entries lock up the radio for another 60 min. The waiting time runs only when the radio is switched on.

SOURCE: How do you reset 2006 ml500 mercedes benz

You will need a code reader/scanner called OBD2. They are under $50. A nice one can cost $100-$3,000. Just buy one that does the job...no need for the more expensive ones. You can borrow one from some auto parts stores, like the AutoZone.
You can also pay a shop this much to do it for you, every time.
Just select erase codes, and you're done.

SOURCE: Need radio code for 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 sedan

Its inside your car manual on the left side as you open it up, it'll be a lil grey card that will have the radio code written on it... read the manual and it'll tell you how to put the numbers in.

Mercedes ml 500 2006 code p1999

Unlike p0 codes which are generic p1 codes are enhanced codes. p1999 is cooling system fan circuit which could be a number of things. Start with the obvious what in that system isn't working correctly.

My 1993 300e radio just flashes WAIT. I replaced the battery and put in the code but thats all that happened. ive been waiting for 3 days now.

If the radio is not happy with the code you are entering there is a possiblity it has locked you out - Leaving the ignition on with WAIT on the screen (1 minute for 1st incorrect enter, 2min for 2nd, 4min for 3rd, 8min for 4th etc) until such time that the radio displays CODE or until leaving the ignition on doesn't remove WAIT from the screen. (possible new radio required at that point)

My 2004 ML500 radio/cd/navigation is not working. I checked the entire owner's manual and cannot locate the reset code. We had to purchase and install a new battery and now the whole system is not...

You have put the system into standby by leaving battery disconnected. If you have the radio code, re enter it. If not ring the dealership and if you are nice to them they may quote the code against vehicle VIN otherwise a small fee is charged.

Fuse box fire and ruined headliner...

The fuse box can be changed. A 2007 Mercedes-Benz should be still under warranty. Also your auto insurance or your homeowner's insurance will pay for repairs at the Benz dealer. The liner can be cleaned and/or replaced.

I need the radio code of my Mercedes ML500 02 model Radio

Hello, The only way to get the code is to call a Mercedes dealer and give them the information so they can get it from MBNA.
Sometimes you will have to take your vehicle registration and ID to the dealership in order for them to process it.
