I had this same need, and found a local car pars store that would order one for me.
They did.
It was made in Canada.
Remember, used tanks can be very dangerous, because even one drop of water can cause it to be no good, with a rust hole inside.
If you will type "gas tanks" into the search engine of your computer, there are many companies across the U.S. that make and sell after market tanks.
Also, many, if not most RV's are made in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Hence and therefore, there are businesses that deal in surplus parts for RV's there, and they could help you with a tank as well.

the only thing i can help you with is the replacement. go to a big scrap yard, give them your measurements, and they will find a gas tank for you. my gas tank was about $100 and my friend put it in for free so i cant help you there.

I would try contacting the RV clubs to see if you can find someone who has a similar model.
You might find something on Ebay but I doubt it.
