P0129 refers to BAROmetric pressure---too low ==causes --wiring --BARO sensor--mechanical fault
code p 300 is random misfires==causes injector /s fuel pressure --coil/s plug/s--low compressionwiring
P0335 refers to crankshaft position CKP) sensor---circuit malfunction===causes --wiring--CKP sensor ECM
the clue here is the very high vacuum reading indication an air flow blockage from the filter to the engine
vacuum at idle sits around the 15 mark and 20 on deceleration from high rpm where the throttle butterfly shuts of the air intake
It only last until idle rpm is reached

It sounds like you have a pin hole in the hose that goes to the fuel pump in the gas tank. The pump is mounted on springs and it is common for the plastic hose to get a hole rubbed in it from one of the springs. This usually cause the vehicle to be real hard to get started when it is cold.

Is the check engine lite on? If yes We need the codes from the car. Autozone provide this service for free and will tell you what each code means. You also can rent the tool from them. How many miles on the vehicle. have you had a tune up lately? Next time you try to start the car turn the switch on 2 to 3 times for 3 seconds but do not start the vehicle. start it on the 4th try. if it starts there is restriction in the fuel pressure. Change the fuel filter. We can start here. Good Luck!!!
need to check fuel pressure before trying to start and see if it's bleeding down or staying pressurized hook gauge on and check periodically before trying to start, seems like mine done that and it was a b ad fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail, 5.3 ? it's on drivers side rail with vacumn line erunning to it about the size of silver dollar diam.

Does this have a spider injection? I don\'t know if this will help but can you take your mass air flow sensor off and look at the little wires that are inside of it. I don\'t know what these stupid little wires do but they build up stuff on them. Your supposed to clean these every so often but i don\'t remember how often. I use some kind of electrical contact spray cleaner. People say the mass air flow sensor will make your truck run poorly, but i never had one fail so i don\'t know for sure. Anyway it\'s weird to have so many misfires only sometimes. I\'m not to knowledgeable about dodge so i don\'t the firing order. If you can find out the firing order it would be easier to find a solution. It could be an oxygen sensor but i would i would make sure before i buy one cuz they not cheap and my truck has four of them so you have to make sure which one it is. But i was asking about the spider injectors because if the injectors get clogged up they stay open and constantly give it gas instead of pulsing the gas. That could be an easy fix with injector cleaner. Good luck not sure if this helps or confuses you.
