SOURCE: Where is the fuse for Cigarette Lighter in 1998 Plymouth Voyager?

The lighter/outlets fuse in under the hood, on the drivers side fender.

The lighter fuse should be the 4th little one in from the driver. It is a 20A/yellow colored fuse.

Cigarette lighters not working

Check for power at fuse. If power is there a break in the wire going to cig lighter is broken. If no power than there is a blown fusible link by battery. Check fuses under hood also

Power Outlets (cigarette lighter) will not work front or back

It sounds like the receptical has shorted out. Remove the receptical and make sure the ground wire (black wire) is in tact, and make sure the wire to the center of the receptical (power wire) is securely attached. If both are secure, the receptical is faulty and needs to be replaced.
