SOURCE: "DOOR AJAR" Light Always On... Even with all doors shut...
Doors either have a switch that closes when door closes, or they send the message from the latch itself. Yours in new enough to maybe have it all in the latch. Look for a little button in the doorsill area that would be depressed when door closed, and springs up when door opens. If not, you have a door module (latch) that is not telling the Body Control software it's closed. Haven't isolated which door, yet? Start with the one that is used the most. The driver's door. Hope this is helpful. Post again if you need more troubleshooting tips. Thanks, TT

The dealer should be able to read the trouble code.
This can occur with the TCM (Transmission Control Module) and/or ECU program. This may require either a re-flash or a program download to the ECU. The ECU program is not a warranty item, but is typically in the $75 to $100 range.
However there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for the “wrench light”.

Some vehicles built 11/29/2004 and prior may exhibit the wrench light on with both P2106 and P2135 diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
ACTION:
Replace the throttle position sensor (TPS) following the instruction sheet included in the TPS service kit. Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using WDS release B36.11 and higher, or B37.2 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the B37 CD. Calibration files are also available at www.motorcraft.com
