i am not familiar with this exact problem but most cars have a combination of screws and plastic push fasteners. look in the area of the door handle and see if there are screws usually they will be in the area where your hand grips the door. some times there are screws on the panel at the bottom of the door. i have found those screws by actually laying down and looking up at the bottom of the door panel. once you think you have removed all the screws try lifting up on the door panel. sometimes they have hooks on the back that will disengage as you lift the door panel. if the panel does not lift try using a wide putty knife around the edge of the door gently lifting with increasing pressure to remove teh push type fasteners. you can also get a special tool that is shaped like a spoon with a slot down the middle so you can lift on either side of the fastener. good luck hope this helps
First I would run this issue past a dealer and see if the warranty does not cover it. if no warranty i would take it to a glass shop and pay them to pull the inside door panel. then you can see where it is broken, go buy the part install it and then have them reinstall the panel for you. you can pull the panel yourself but if you want it to look nice afterwards, pay a glass shop.
There probably a whole batch of them from the factory that weren't prepped right for the final coat... I think it's a factory error. I would complain to the dealer and the company. I don't think they use any cheaper paint, and essentially use the same techniques in painting the vehicles.
