You'll need to get the old plug out. Then to place the new one in use a socket or anything that is the same diameter as the new plug and hammer it in.

I HAVE A 1998 F150 WITH A 6 CYL ENGINE. I HAVE A SMALL COOLANT DRIP AROUND TRANSMISSION REAR ENGINE AREA. CANNOT LOCATE LEAK AREA.

well check heater hose connections to heater core and try to get back in there to see if it is comming from the intake but if the leak is low it is possibly a freeze plug or exspansion plug in the back of the moter if so youll have to seperate the motor and trans to fix prob.
