Have a 2003 Olds Alero, has been running fine, no check engine lights or anything on dash. Parked in driveway, got in next morning and car would turn over but not start. Used OBD II and no codes showed. Started checking fuses under the hood, all checked out fine. So I started taking fuses out 1 by 1 and looking at them (thinking my tester might be bad) and when I got to the fuse for the PCM, took it out and fuse was fine but when I put it back in, the engine made all sorts of noises so I got in the car and it started. Im a little baffled as to why no codes popped up on OBD. Was this just a coincidence or is my PCM going bad? How would I know for sure?
Basic obd and the obd testers usually are only capable of reading faults that are exhaust emission related and more specialised equipment and software is needed to read other faults.
Removing the fuse and replacing it would have rebooted the computer and that could indicate a fault or not, make of it what you will but I guess time will provide the real answer.
Just to add, to see if computer is awake, with key on, no crank, see if ref voltage at any sensor that uses a ref voltage. If you have ref voltage, the computer is awake.
If the vehicle is working on the remote control, check the fuel pressure even if you try to spray carburetor spray for air filtration and check if it is moving and then it will be tuned.

I have a 2005 chevy suburban and it's getting a p0300 code. I replaced the plugs and wires and still have the same problem . It runs rough at idle in gear. What should I check?
