Did you check the starter/ starter wires- the SMALL (blue?) one on the top of it should recieve voltage while trying to start the car - thats the one that actually tells the starter to engage.

A known issue with some of these cars is ECU (computer) related with the solder coming loose from the PCB board and the computer becoming un-grounded electronically. open the computer box up and re-melt the solder to solve that issue. check neons.org for HOW TO's

I got a hot wheels track builder tb -13 and the boosters dont work is there nothhing i can do to fix it

The boosters appear to be a simple gadget. Check the terminals in the battery case are making contact with the batteries, the power wires are plugged in properly and the wires themselves aren't damaged. Use a small philips head screwdriver to disassemble the casing on the TB-13 booster and turn it on. Look for anything that is jamming the motor drive/gears or the launch wheel (this could be a mechanical problem) and test for battery voltage at the motor with a pocket multi meter. No power at the motor means the problem is either bad feed wires or a connection in the battery case. A really good tutorial on how to use a multi meter for beginners -

Why after checking fuse in fuse box my car wont start, everything was working fine before that

Starter or star soliniod. You need to check if you are getting power through soleniod and to starter.

I have a 2002 sunfire... and i have trouble turning it on. Once it startes it is stuck there because it will not turn at all. Once it is in this position the wipes wont work, the windows wont roll down,...

sounds like you need a new ignition, reason nothing works cause once it doese turn over n starts the car the tumbler is stick in the starting position jus not far enough to keep the starter engaged but far enough the it still trying to go trough the start process which cuts the power to everything else till the ignition returns to the on postion

did you try jus turning the ignition far enough to when the starter engages jus let go of it so the car doesnt start and see if everything else still doesnt work if it dont i belive its the igniton

also with out starting it or engaging the starter as in just turning the key on to get power does anything work?

My car wont start. I turn the key and nothhing I can't even hear it click over. I know its not my battery because everything else is working except for the car starting what can be the problem?

Is it a clicking sound or is it turning over like normal and won't start? If it clicks, it may be your starter. If not, it could be many things. You should try to get your car tested for codes. This will narrow your search. If you can't, start checking for fuel. Check your fuel pumps, filter, fuses, and relay switches. You can always spray engine starter in the intake. If it starts and dies, you have a fuel problem. If fuel is not an issue, it could be in the ignition system. The codes will really help you. You can usually find them at Autozone. The tester is around $50. It will save you time and money. You will need to know the codes on your car though. Buy a Haynes Book for your car. Hope this helps.

When you crank the engine are you getting a full 12 volts positive at the solenoid switch on the top of the starter?

Have you got a full 12 volts negative to the switch?

Also, check the earthing strap from chassis to engine is good.

02 chevy trailblazer 4.2l car wont start installed new starter still wont crank or start test fuses all are good lights and horn operate but no start could it be the ignition switch not giving power to the...

You need to establish that you have 12v in the battery and that all connections are clean and secure. Lights horn etc do not give you voltage verification...your starter uses more amperage than anything else in the car. Once you are certain that everything is OK, check for 12v at the small wire on the starter with the key turned to start. If no volts, check the neutral safety switch or clutch switch Then check ignition switch for power in/out.
