It depends on your year--make--model? There are online sites where you may be able to look at owners manual online for free.

You may be able to purchase owners manual, from the vehicle manufacturer or online at ebay?

Just type year--make--model plus owners manual in your computer search box. See what comes up. The older the vehicle, the harder it may be to find?

From my experience, I don't think you can find the full repair manual for free. I registered at Autozone to see what they provided. It was only a partial guide for my car-not the full manual, not even close. Then I registered at a forum for celicas-a lot of information and help, but their only manuals available were for a different year model; again it helped, but for some things you just want the right year's information.
Don't despair. It may be out there-google it. Also e-bay has used manuals for cheap. Helm, Inc. may have a used manual for your car at a good price. Libraries are another good resource-just copy the pages you need from a reference source. Finally, Haynes or Chilton's manuals-about $25.00 at a parts store. Good luck.

While many owners manuals are available online, it appears yours is not. Toyota.com says to call their Material Distribution Center at 1-800-622-2033 to order owners manuals, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and other technical reference documents. It doesn't say if there is a fee, or how much.
Another site: Helm, Inc.has owners manuals for a fee. Might be cheaper than Toyota.
If you are just looking for maintenance schedules, Edmunds.com has a Maintenance page with manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule, recalls, and technical service bulletins for your car. Good luck.

There should be a Mitsubishi web site that your can reference and/or print the owners manual from, if you can't find it there are several sites online that offer owners manuals

Per site says Code 16 is a Fuel Injector & 23 is a Knock Sensor.

These codes and page references pertain to the Helm Service Manual. You can obtain a helm manual from Helm Inc.
