I just bought a CPO 2016 Acura MDX and its having these 2 error messages. The Acura dealership on my 1st visit, they just cleared the error messages. On my 2nd visit they kept it for a week but was unable to replicate the error so was unable to get the codes. What could be the solution for this?
Note the area that you are in when this happens, there are some transmitter that interfere with the radar in the BSD system. IF you could post the exact error messages it would be helpful.

Go to any Acura dealer with proof of ownership. They can retrieve the code from Acura's service network.

The TPMS light will be visible in your instrument panel like your parking brake would if activated. The TPMS function is activated automatically once any of your tires are improperly inflated. Furthermore, it will identify which tire needs attention.

I had the same problem and carefully cleaning the map DVD solved it. After years of use, a film gets built up on it. It is under the front passenger seat.

its really easey to remove the dvd unit under the pasenger seat. just put the seat all the way forward and pull the plastic guard from the seat track (pull straight back) then unplug the harness connectors in the back of the unit.
Then put the seat all the way back and remove the 1o mm nuts on the side brackets of the unit and pull it forward.
