Should not need to do anything. they plug and play. the code reset after 10 to 30 engine runs. code will be stored till then but it will be a saved code not a stored code so will work.

It is located on the front of the transmission. you will see 2 of them one on the left under small transmission lines it is the input then to the right behind the radiator overflow there is the other one. Easiest way to change them is with a 1" deep well socket

usually they are at the back of the tranny with a 2 wire plugin and one bolt holding it in...if not it may be part of your rear ABS sensor in your rear end...do you have any codes about ABS
